Contractor Terms and Conditions
  • The current redemption program began February 1, 2008 and is ongoing until any replacement incentive program is announced. Original or copies of receipts/invoices must be submitted to qualify for the incentive program. (Note: All invoices submitted must be dated after the date membership in the program has been granted and after January 31, 2008. Gallon purchase credit will not be awarded retroactively.)
  • Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated or illegible receipts nor for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor or presenter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof.
  • Participant must be 18 years or older.
  • Participant must not have become insolvent, made an assignment for the benefit of creditors, filed or become subject to a filing for reorganization, receivership or bankruptcy under the insolvency or bankruptcy laws of the United States, or have been convicted of a civil or criminal offense relating to his or her business or commercial activities.
  • Participant must not be the subject of a prior complaint by Sikkens personnel for unprofessional or disorderly conduct or trade disparagement against Sikkens or its personnel.
